Why is this end table so eco-friendly? It is handmade from the wood of the Acacia tree, a very plentiful tree species in South East Asia. The use of this wood is super sustainable because it comes from some of the fastest growing, most abundant trees in the world. Each stool is finished with all natural, non-toxic oils, making them safe for any area of the home and for the environment. All of these products were hand-carved and finished by local Chiang Mai, Thailand artisans.NOTE: No two natural wood products are the same! Our wood products may have different variations in tone, small cracks that are sanded and finished, knots or other slight imperfections.
